At Industrial Luxury, we get it that now and then, our customers may need to make changes to their purchases.


In order to return an item you purchased from us in our Stanley Marketplace store, you must bring your original receipt with the items to the store. Acceptable returns will be issued as store credit only. This policy applies to both in store & online purchases.

Return Policy


Plants, airplants and blooming plants, living terrariums

Seasonal color (Interior & Exterior) has a limited blooming period. Because of this, returns must only be made by the end of the following business day. For all other plants, returns must be made within 5 days of purchase.

Containers and Planters


Containers and accessories in “non-altered” condition may be returned within 5 business days of purchase. Any product that was altered in store by special request of the customer may not be returned.

Holiday, seasonal, and sale items

All sales are final, no exchanges or store credit.

Unclaimed purchases

Although rare, we have had instances where merchandise was purchased for pick up and forgotten. We make every attempt to contact the customer to remind them of their purchase. If a purchase goes unclaimed, and we have the credit card reciept for the purchase, we will refund the card the purchase was made on and return the items to stock.

If the order was paid in cash, we will not be able to track down the customer and, after 30 days, we will consider the item abandoned and return it to stock.

Custom orders, if not claimed, are non refundable nor eligible for store credit.

Pick ups and deliveries


At Industrial Luxury, we offer local delivery for items purchased in our store and online if you live within a reasonable distance of our store in Aurora, Colorado. Within 24 hours of purchase, someone who is coordinating the delivery will reach out to schedule a delivery date and time window. 

For online orders, our drivers are only responsible for a doorstep drop off and will notify you via text message when the delivery has been completed, with a photo of where your order has been placed.

For all in-store orders, a white glove delivery option is available, and our drivers can provide a courtesy call prior to time of delivery.

Delivery fees will be calculated and itemized for you at the time of your purchase based on your location and the size/weight of your purchase.

Curbside pickup and vehicle loading

We are happy to assist in loading purchases into vehicles. It is important that customers review their invoices or make sure that they have received all items purchased.

In addition, customers should inspect the manner in which the items are loaded before leaving the nursery. Industrial Luxury will not be responsible for damaged or broken items once the customer has left the store. It is our mission to ensure that our customers are completely happy with their Industrial Luxury purchases and it is our sincere hope that our customers will utilize good judgment and a spirit of fairness before requesting to return purchases

Special orders

Special ordered items in sizes, colors, quantities, styles, or varieties not normally stocked may not be returned. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their needs before placing special orders. Please note that all special orders require pre-payment prior to ordering, and are final sales, no returns or exchanges.
